What do you charge?
Pricing depends on the job. Quick visits like a printer setup or password reset are flat-rate, while bigger jobs like whole-home Wi-Fi are quoted up front. Give me a call and we'll talk through what you need — no surprise charges.
How quickly can you come out?
Often same-week, sometimes same-day depending on schedule. Reach out and I'll give you a real answer, not a "we'll be there sometime Thursday between 8 and 5."
Will you talk down to me?
Never. Tech moves fast and nobody is born knowing how to set up a smart TV. I'll explain things at whatever pace works for you and write notes down if that helps.
Do you handle business clients too?

What if you can't fix it?
